Electronics (EarPods, EarPods Max): Estimated delivery time is 7 days, not including holidays, courier stops, or delays.
Other items (Clothing, Colognes): These may take 3-4 weeks or more to arrive due to processing and shipping times.
I placed the wrong order. What should I do?
If you placed an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at balticpod@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order as it will already be processed.
If you received the wrong product or your item was damaged, contact our support team at balticpod@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide:
- Your order details (order number, name, and email).
- Photo or video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item.

EarPods & EarPods Max: Shipped from our warehouse in Germany and delivered within 7 days across all of Europe (excluding weekends and holidays). In case of delays, shipping should not exceed 9 days.
Clothing, colognes, and other products: Currently take 3-4 weeks for delivery. We are actively working on optimizing our logistics to reduce shipping times in the future.
