Shipping Information
- EarPods & EarPods Max: Shipped from our warehouse in Germany and delivered within 7 days across all of Europe (excluding weekends and holidays). In case of delays, shipping should not exceed 9 days.
- Clothing, colognes, and other products: Currently take 3-4 weeks for delivery. We are actively working on optimizing our logistics to reduce shipping times in the future.
Shipping Times
- Electronics (EarPods & EarPods Max): Orders are processed and shipped within 7 days (excluding holidays and any unexpected delays).
- Clothing: Due to production and processing times, clothing orders may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, high demand, or stock availability. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Non-Functioning Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or not functioning properly, you must contact our support team within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Please provide your order details and any relevant photos of the issue. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for assistance.
Additional Information
- We do not offer international shipping outside of the Baltic states.
- At this time, we do not accept returns for any orders.
