Refund Policy
At Baltpod, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or non-functional, you must contact our support team within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. You will need to provide:
- Order details (order number, name, and email)
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A description of the problem
Once we review your request, we will determine if a replacement or other resolution is possible. Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for support.
Non-Refundable Items
- All electronic products (EarPods & EarPods Max)
- All clothing items
- Any order placed outside our shipping region (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
Cancellations
If you place an incorrect order, you have 24 hours to cancel it. After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
