2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
We accept secure online payments through our payment partners.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Electronics (EarPods & EarPods Max) are shipped within 7 days, excluding holidays or unforeseen delays.
Clothing orders may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

4. No Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.
If your product is damaged, incorrect, or not functioning upon arrival, you must contact support within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
Any misuse or unauthorized modifications to our products void any responsibility on our part.
